Job Summary

The Electrical Engineer will provide engineering services to support the Lancaster Mill's business plan, collaborating with production, maintenance, and administrative departments to achieve plant goals.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Lancaster Mill operations by providing engineering support to meet safety and production targets.
  • Manage all phases of assigned projects—from concept to project close-out—including scope development, specifications, bidding, manufacturing, installation, and start-up.
  • Assist with equipment and process issues, especially in mechanical systems, from an engineering perspective.
  • Safely oversee all aspects of assigned projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
  • 1+ years of experience in electrical engineering or two engineering internships.
  • 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering in a manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in heavy manufacturing industry.
  • No security clearance or visa considerations required.
Additional Details
  • Full-time position with potential relocation assistance for the ideal candidate.
  • Occasional travel required.
  • No bonuses, commissions, or overtime eligibility.
Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will have electrical engineering experience in manufacturing environments with large machinery. Experience in heavy industry is preferred.
