Job summary

Hoare Lea in the Southwest region seeks an Electrical Engineer to join our Plymouth or Exeter teams. You will deliver electrical design for significant projects, liaising with other engineers and consultants to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Working with BIM, Revit and other tools, you will contribute to innovative, sustainable building services and enjoy a collaborative, flexible, high-performing work culture at Hoare Lea.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as an Electrical Engineer or in a closely related role.
• Experience using BIM, Revit, Electrical OM, Dialux and Relux in project delivery.
• Ability to liaise with clients, contractors and architects in a design-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed, coordinated electrical design for complex projects.
• Tailor service specifications, calculations and reports.
• Design electrical systems using the latest software design packages.
• Deliver solid technical output individually or as part of a team.
