V2X in the United Kingdom is seeking an Electrical Engineer/Energy Manager to develop and review electrical distribution systems, ensure safety and compliance, and support both construction and facility operations. You will lead energy management programs, analyze building utility consumption, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver energy reduction projects.

Responsibilities include testing, documentation, CAD/CAM maintenance, and collaboration across design and maintenance teams

Qualifikationen

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from an accredited institute.
• Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and Secret clearance.
• 5+ years in electrical engineering operations.
• 4+ years in energy management.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software.
• Project management for facility maintenance, repair, renovation, and minor military construction.

Aufgaben

• Assist management with building prototypes, test equipment setup, documentation, updating CAD/CAM files, and trouble­shooting systems.
• Assist management with project design and cost estimation for new projects.
• Perform Title II inspection of CE projects and establish/execute energy management program.
• Prepare documentation, update CAD/CAM files, and maintain technical drawings and specifications.
• Provide design oversight and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams during design, construction, and maintenance.
• Adapt duties as required by contractual needs.
