Job summary
Allegis Group Services, Inc. seeks a Multi-Skilled Electrical Engineer for a static site-based role in Greater London. You will perform planned and reactive electrical maintenance, fault-finding and inspections within a commercial building services environment.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FM/building services, BVMS/CAFM experience, and a full UK driving licence. UK-based and able to work 40 hours/week with an ASAP start through 31 December 2026.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation, AM2 and 18th Edition BS7671 are required.
- Minimum 5 years in a commercial FM/building services environment.
- Strong electrical fault-finding and maintenance experience essential.
- HVAC knowledge and wider building services familiarity preferred.
- Experience using BMS and CAFM/CMMS systems.
- Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Electrical PPM and reactive maintenance across site assets.
- Fault finding, repair and maintenance of lighting, power, distribution and control systems.
- Electrical inspection, testing and certification per BS7671.
- Support wider building maintenance activities in a multi-skilled team.
- Update CAFM systems and maintenance records.
- Manage on-site subcontractors and participate in out-of-hours rota.
