Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our team on a key contract at the Southbank Centre. You will perform maintenance and statutory compliance checks, engaging with clients to provide practical solutions while maintaining a smart appearance and communicating in English.

The role requires basic plumbing, electrical, and fabric maintenance skills, with experience in facilities management and a focus on safety and documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have craft qualification such as City & Guilds 2350 NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation Engineering + AM2.
• Wiring regulations qualification such as City & Guilds 2381-18 Level 3 Award (18th Edition).
• Valid and in-date Grade card/CSCS Card or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Planning, inspecting, and carrying out repairs or preventative maintenance and responding to breakdowns in a timely fashion.
• Carry out reactive and planned services in offices, commercial, distribution and industrial premises.
• Carrying out statutory inspection of assets including Emergency Lighting, Water Temperature checks, Fire Door inspection and repairs, Plumbing repairs, Lighting checks and minor replacements.
