Zusammenfassung

CBW Staffing Solutions Limited is recruiting an Electrical Day Shift Engineer for a large tourist attraction in Charing Cross, London. You will join the on-site maintenance team, performing planned and reactive electrical maintenance on a static site.

The role requires hands-on experience with commercial electrical systems, 18th Edition wiring, and a track record in maintenance. Training, progression, and overtime opportunities are available.

Qualifikationen

Level 2 & 3 electrical qualification or equivalent (C&G/NVQ).
18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
Proven track record in commercial electrical maintenance.
Strong electrical fault-finding ability.
Experience with PPM and reactive maintenance.

Aufgaben

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance across the site.
Undertake maintenance tasks in a timely, professional and safe manner.
Identify faults and building services issues and take corrective actions.
Carry out electrical fault-finding and diagnostics across the site.
Complete emergency lighting testing and remedial works.
Carry out lighting maintenance and circuit/socket upgrades.
Work on power distribution systems and electrical equipment.
Carry out minor electrical installation works and ensure completions.
Maintain records of maintenance tasks and outstanding works.
