HVAC Total FM Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a building services and facilities maintenance business in Bristol. You will perform PPM, reactive maintenance, fault finding and electrical works across multiple commercial sites, delivering a professional, customer-focused service.

The role offers a permanent contract with a comprehensive benefits package, including a company van with private use, fuel card, pension and health cover.

Qualifications

Experienced Electrical Engineer / Maintenance Electrician.
Strong background in commercial or facilities maintenance.
Experience with PPM, reactive maintenance and electrical fault finding.
Confident working independently across multiple customer sites.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Full UK driving licence.
Relevant electrical qualifications.

Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance.
Attend breakdowns and diagnose electrical faults.
Complete electrical repairs and remedial works.
Carry out fault finding and testing.
Complete accurate digital service and maintenance reports.
Identify additional remedial works and communicate recommendations to customers.
Work safely in line with Health & Safety and electrical compliance requirements.
Manage your own workload across multiple commercial sites.
Provide a professional and customer-focused service.

Salary: £42,000
Location: Bristol
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Contract Type: Permanent

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join an established building services and facilities maintenance business.

You’ll be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, fault finding, repairs and electrical works across a range of commercial customer sites throughout Bristol and the surrounding area.
