Job summary

HVAC Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Engineer for a facilities management project on a commercial site between Stevenage and Bishop's Stortford. The role is on-site with core hours Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00, offering immediate start and ongoing weekly pay.

You will perform PPM and reactive maintenance, test emergency lighting and fire alarms, fault-find and repair electrical distribution systems, and complete accurate reporting for compliance.

Qualifications

• BS7671 Wiring Regulations - 18th Edition (essential)
• NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification or equivalent
• Proven experience in facilities management, mobile maintenance, or building services environment
