Job summary

AndersElite on behalf of a major UK Facilities Management client in Cambridge is seeking an Electrical Engineer for a busy FM site. The role covers PPMs, reactive maintenance, and hands-on electrical fault-finding in a customer-facing environment.

The ideal candidate will hold 18th edition, NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering, and at least five years in FM or maintenance. 40-hour week, Monday to Friday; temp-to-perm with umbrella PAYE options up to £37 ph.

Qualifications

• Must have 18th edition and NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer in FM/maintenance.
• Experience with PPMs and reactive maintenance on facilities assets.
• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Principal Accountabilities

• Carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance
• Emergency lighting test
• Power distribution
• Fault-finding
• Test and Inspection
• Provide a reactive and proactive maintenance service

Must have 18th edition and NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering

Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.

A minimum of 5 years experience as an Electrical Engineer in the FM & Maintenance sector.

The role is temp to perm and is paying up to £37 per hour Umbrella or £28 per hour PAYE.
