Job summary

HVAC Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Engineer for the Maidenhead/Reading area to join a facilities management team on a commercial site. You will perform PPM and reactive electrical maintenance, test emergency lighting and fire alarms, and report findings through the CAFM system.

The role requires BS7671 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification or equivalent, and proven FM/building services experience. Immediate start and ongoing temp-to-perm opportunities available.

Qualifications

• BS7671 Wiring Regulations - 18th Edition (essential).
• NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a facilities management, mobile maintenance, or building services environment.
• Strong fault-finding ability and a proactive approach.

Location: Maidenhead / Reading

Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00
