Job summary

Pioneer-Selection-Ltd is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a heavy industrial manufacturing site in the Greater Morecambe area. You will maintain production machinery and plant with a hands-on, safety-focused approach.

The role requires electrical fault finding, installation work, and participation in continuous improvement projects within a busy facility. Strong communication and engineering qualifications are essential.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Greater Morecambe Area

Salary: Up to £45,000

Shift: Continental Shift Pattern (12-Hour Days & Nights)

Job Role of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established heavy industrial manufacturing business in the Greater Morecambe area. Working as part of a skilled engineering team, you will be responsible for maintaining a wide range of production machinery and ancillary plant through planned and reactive maintenance, helping to maximise equipment reliability and minimise downtime.

This is a varied, hands‑on role where you'll carry out electrical fault finding, maintenance and installations, supporting continuous improvement initiatives across a busy manufacturing environment. You'll work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently while maintaining high engineering standards.
