Job summary

Trevett Services in Manchester is recruiting an Electrical Engineer to join a key heritage contract. You will work across six large heritage buildings on HVAC, fire alarms, gas suppression, emergency lighting, pumping and BMS systems.

Hours are Mon-Thu 08:00–16:00 and Fri 08:00–15:30, with a call-out rota paid at enhanced rates. Benefits include 24 days holidays, overtime, life cover, and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• A level 3 or equivalent in electrical engineering.
• 18th edition compliance.

Responsibilities

• Work on HVAC, fire alarms, gas suppression, emergency lighting and BMS systems across six heritage buildings.
• Maintain and support pumping systems, underfloor heating, emergency generators and fire sprinkler systems.
• Collaborate on building services across a shared campus.

Based in Manchester

Trevett Services are working with one of the World's largest FM providers on a key heritage contract of theirs. Our client is looking to recruit a technically sound Electrical Engineer to join their team in Manchester.

The Role:

As an electrical engineer, you will be working on 6x large heritage buildings across the same campus. You will be working on HVAC, fire alarms, gas suppression systems, emergency lighting, pumping systems, underfloor heating, emergency generators, fire sprinkler systems together with BMS systems.

Your hours of work will be Mon-Thurs 08:00 - 16:00, with Fri being 08:00 - 15:30. There is a call out rota TBC, which will be paid at 1.5x or 2x the rate depending on the day and time.
