Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is recruiting an Electrically biased Electrical Engineer for a commercial site in London on an ongoing contract. Immediate start with a rate of £29 per hour via umbrella, delivering planned and reactive maintenance for a busy facilities environment.

You should hold City & Guilds Level 2/3 and 18th edition, be able to provide trade certificates, and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Qualifications

• Electrically qualified with City & Guilds Level 2/3 and 18th edition.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Availability for immediate start or short notice.

Responsibilities

• Carry out lighting installation, fault-finding, and maintenance.
• Maintain emergency lighting systems.
• Air Conditioning - AHU/FCU maintenance and filter changes.
• Chillers reset and water treatment checks.
• Plumbing tasks such as unblocking toilets.
• Pumps, motors, and UPS system monitoring.
• Monitor BMS system and readings.

Electrical Engineer - Commercial Building - London - Immediate start - On-going - £29 Per hour

A Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider located in London. CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting an Electrical Engineer to cover a commercial site.The successful candidate will be Electrically biased (NVQ, C&G) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working with the maintenance team onsite, this person will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance.

Hours/Details

• Monday to Friday
• 06:30am to 15:30pm
• 07:30am to 16:30pm
• On-going contract
• £29per hour via umbrella
• Immediate start

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution)
• Emergency lighting
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Chillers - Reset
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors
• Water Treatment
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
• UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings

Requirements

• Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3, 18th edition
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Good communication skills
