Job summary

A leading FM service provider in London seeks an Electrical Engineer with electrical bias for a commercial site. The role requires NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2/3 and 18th edition, with a proven track record in building maintenance. You will work with the on-site maintenance team on planned and reactive tasks, ensuring system reliability.

Core duties include AHU/FCU care, chiller resets, pumps and water treatment, BMS and UPS monitoring. Immediate start and on-going contract on offer.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualification required (City & Guilds Level 2/3, 18th edition).
• Experience in commercial building maintenance preferred.
• Must be able to start immediately or at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning).
• Chillers - Reset.
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets.
• Pumps, motors maintenance.
• Water Treatment monitoring.
• BMS System monitoring (hot & cold).
• UPS Systems monitoring and readings taken.

Electrical Engineer - Commercial Building - London - Immediate start - On-going - £29 Per hour

A Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider located in London. CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting an Electrical Engineer to cover a commercial site. The successful candidate will be Electrically biased (NVQ, C&G) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working with the maintenance team on site, this person will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance.

Hours/Details

• Monday to Friday
• 06:30am to 15:30pm
• 07:30am to 16:30pm
• On-going contract
• Immediate start

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Chillers - Reset
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors
• Water Treatment
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
• UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings

Requirements

• Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3, 18th edition
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
