Job summary

PRS LTD is seeking an Electrical Engineer to take charge of the day-to-day maintenance of a corporate commercial site in the London Wall area. You will be the sole engineer on site, owning the building’s electrical systems and acting as the main technical contact for the client.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation is required.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations knowledge.
• Solid experience in commercial building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver scheduled and reactive electrical maintenance across the building.
• Fault-find on lighting, power supplies, distribution boards and emergency lighting.
• Carry out minor installation works and small remedial repairs.

As the sole engineer on site, you'll have full ownership of the building’s electrical systems while acting as the main technical contact for the client.

Responsibilities

• Deliver both scheduled and reactive electrical maintenance across the building
• Maintain and fault-find on lighting systems, power supplies, distribution boards, and emergency lighting
• Carry out minor installation works and small remedial repairs
• Assist with basic mechanical and fabric tasks where required
• Ensure all works comply with health & safety regulations and statutory standards
• Keep site logbooks, service reports, and compliance records up to date
• Provide a professional, customer-focused service through regular client interaction
• Take full accountability for the site’s daily technical performance

Requirements
