Job summary

Trimble is seeking a Technical Training Specialist for Electrical Design Software. You will deliver remote and in-person training for construction clients of all sizes and ensure new clients receive a best-in-class onboarding experience.

You will tailor training to client needs, work with internal teams to expand knowledge of software features and help clients use Trimble software to its full potential. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Educational background or hands-on experience in electrical/construction fields.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Proactive, self-starter with organisational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote and in-person training for construction clients of all sizes.
• Onboard new clients and tailor training to client size and needs.
• Develop and maintain training materials and eLearning content.
• Provide ongoing client support via training queue when not in sessions.
• Document end-to-end client onboarding, system setup and processes.
