Job summary

Trimble Inc. is seeking a Technical Training Specialist for Estimation Software to deliver remote and in-person training for construction clients of all sizes, onboard new clients, and support them as they learn and use Total Estimation products.

Four days in Leeds office with up to 25% travel, focusing on onboarding and advanced user enablement. The role emphasizes tailoring training to client size, collaborating with internal teams to deepen product knowledge, and building strong client

Qualifications

• Educational background or hands-on experience in construction, civil engineering, architecture, quantity surveying, or project management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Ability to make effective, timely decisions.
• Knowledge of Google Suite (Mail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• A self-starter mindset with strong organisation and time management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote and in-person training for construction clients of all sizes.
• Onboard new clients and tailor training to client needs.
• Provide ongoing client support by responding to training questions and updating documentation.
• Manage end-to-end client onboarding, system setup, and process mapping with clear documentation.
• Cultivate lasting partner relationships, serving as a go-to expert and client advocate.
• Create and update materials for classroom trainings and eLearning courses.
