Job summary

Blueprint Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer for major UK water and wastewater projects. The role focuses on delivering electrical design across infrastructure and non-infrastructure works, with opportunities across eight office locations in the UK.

The candidate will work with civil, mechanical and process engineers, taking greater technical responsibility and contributing to multidisciplinary design reviews throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Electrical design engineering experience in water/wastewater projects.
• Qualification in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
• Good understanding of electrical design principles and standards.
• Experience producing and reviewing technical design information.

Responsibilities

• Deliver electrical design across water and wastewater projects.
• Develop electrical engineering solutions through the design lifecycle.
• Produce and review technical design information and docs.
• Coordinate electrical with mechanical, civil and process disciplines.
• Support design reviews and technical coordination.
• Resolve electrical design issues during delivery.
