Job summary

Stantec in Plymouth is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to join our growing MEP team. You will lead the day-to-day technical delivery of electrical design on multi-disciplinary building projects from our Plymouth office, delivering high-quality specifications, drawings and schedules.

You will mentor graduates and apprentices, collaborate closely with architects and other engineers, and contribute to projects across the UK while supporting our clients’ net-zero ambitions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer in the UK, delivering electrical and M&E solutions across varied building sectors.
• Familiarity with BIM processes and tools including Revit.
• A collaborative mindset and experience working with architects and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Youll lead the day-to-day technical delivery of electrical design on multi-disciplinary building projects, ensuring quality outputs.
• You will oversee the production of high-quality design deliverables, including specifications, drawings, and schedules.
