Job summary

Axion Recruitment Limited is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer for a Saltash position. You will design electrical systems for closed moulding composites and support both clients and the internal team throughout projects.

Responsibilities include drafting drawings with AutoCAD, producing BOMs, and on-site commissioning. A relevant engineering degree and AutoCAD proficiency are required, with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Relevant engineering degree or equivalent engineering experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and general software tools.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems and processes for closed moulding composite production.
• Draft design drawings and specifications using CAD software.
• Provide technical support to clients and internal teams.
• On-site commissioning and testing of equipment.
• Prepare BOMs, time sheets and project documentation.
• Train client engineers and operators on equipment use.
