Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd in Saltash, Cornwall, is seeking a Junior Electrical Design Engineer to join a specialist engineering business. You will work on electrical design for equipment and process projects using AutoCAD, and develop BOMs.

This permanent role offers training, progression, and the chance to grow your technical scope while supporting build, commissioning and testing, with some on-site work.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in electrical design.
• Experience designing electrical wiring looms.
• AutoCAD experience required.

Responsibilities

• Electrical design for equipment and process projects using AutoCAD.
• Design and document electrical wiring looms and BOMs/part numbers in the MRP system.
• Provide hands-on support with build, commissioning and testing; some site work.
