Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited are seeking an Electrical Control Technician (Water Treatment / MEICA) to join a specialist process engineering company delivering across the water sector. You'll work on MEICA systems, gain hands-on training and UK-wide project exposure.

The role offers a salary of £38,000–£45,000 with overtime, TOIL, a company van, progression and full training. Travel throughout the UK with occasional overnight stays is expected.

Qualifications

• Electrical, Instrumentation, Controls or Engineering background
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent engineering qualification
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to travel

Responsibilities

• Assist with electrical installation and commissioning of MEICA systems
• Learn to set up, scale and calibrate field instrumentation
• Assist with FATs, SATs, pre-test inspections and snagging
• Liaise with engineers and customers to support project delivery
• Travel throughout the UK, with occasional overnight stays
