Heated Mechanical Services seeks an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to lead on-site electrical works for a major infrastructure project in West London. You will manage day-to-day delivery, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safe, on-time completion to high standards.

The role requires strong site delivery experience, the ability to read technical drawings, and coordination with mechanical and civil teams. Hybrid working is offered alongside a competitive package.

Responsibilities

Review drawings, specifications and installation requirements.
Coordinate electrical works with mechanical, civil and other disciplines.
Monitor progress against programme and identify delays or issues.
Manage RAMS, permits, inspections and site documentation.
Attend coordination, progress and construction meetings.
Work with Project Managers, Engineers and delivery team.
Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging and handover activities.

An experienced Electrical Construction Manager is required to join a leading M&E contractor delivering a major infrastructure project in West London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Construction Manager with strong site delivery experience to take responsibility for electrical works within a technically demanding, large-scale construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day delivery of electrical installation works on site.
Coordinate electrical subcontractors, supervisors and site labour.
Ensure works are delivered safely, to programme and to the required quality standards.
Review drawings, specifications and installation requirements.
Coordinate electrical works with mechanical, civil and other construction disciplines.
Monitor progress against programme and identify potential delays or issues.
Manage RAMS, permits, inspections and site documentation.
Attend coordination, progress and construction meetings.
Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and the wider delivery team.
Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging and handover activities.
Ensure installations comply with project specifications and relevant industry standards.

Previous experience as an Electrical Construction Manager or Electrical Site Manager.

Strong electrical building services or infrastructure experience.
Experience delivering sizeable and technically challenging projects.
Good understanding of electrical installation, testing and commissioning.
Strong knowledge of health & safety and site management procedures.
Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and work packages.
Confident reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Experience within major infrastructure, rail, tunnelling or similarly complex projects would be advantageous.
