Job summary

Michael Taylor Search & Selection is seeking an Electrical Construction Manager for a West London rail project. You will oversee subcontractor labour, manage RFIs and technical submittals, and ensure health and safety across the site.

The ideal candidate brings rail experience, leads multi-disciplinary teams, and has a background in electrical services with a track record of £2M+ projects. A hands-on role with driving project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in rail sector projects.
• Proven ability to manage projects up to £2M within own discipline.
• Progressed from a tools background with strong electrical services knowledge.

Role: Electrical Construction Manager

Location: West London

Project: Rail

Salary: £80,000 + Travel Expenses + £5000 Car Allowance + Pension + Healthcare + 10% Bonus.

Client: With a portfolio of projects in the UK client is recognised as a market leading building services contractor. They are renowned for large fit out and new build projects in rail, commercial office, data centre and public sectors. Clients include major law and financial companies, as well as large blue chip main contractors. After a successful year they are now looking to increase turnover to £400M, consequently they are looking to expand their operations team.
