Job summary

Arabelle Solutions is seeking a Responsable Montage Construction Électrique to lead the electrical construction activities on the plant site, coordinating with the Project Manager electrical and Contract Manager. You will drive execution strategy, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with site teams, supervision, and stakeholders to resolve blockers affecting production.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, industrial or infrastructure project management.
• Nuclear industry or power plant site experience would be a plus.
• Solid understanding of contract management (EPC, subcontracting, variations).
• Proficiency in reporting tools and document management.
• Familiarity with EHS and quality aspects on industrial sites.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional, multi-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Create a detailed execution plan and sub schedule to ensure all works within the discipline are completed in accordance with the overall schedule.
• Liaise with Engineering and Procurement to ensure availability of deliverables and goods at site for erection of the discipline works.
• Manage the subcontractors to ensure on-time, within-budget and quality completion.
• Define targets to the team.
• Implement the discipline's EHS policy and site safety plan and brief subordinates on hazards and controls.
• Investigate and remediate variances with the Site Contracts Manager to minimize cost impact.
• Ensure electrical quality scope and coordination with commissioning.
• Address punch list items and support commissioning.
• Monitor environmental impact of activities.
• Develop concise reporting to predict deviations.
• Ensure subcontractors' resources keep work areas safe and materials preserved.
