Job summary

Responsibilities

• Create a detailed execution plan and sub-schedule to ensure all works within the discipline are completed on time.
• Liaise with Engineering and Procurement to ensure availability of deliverables and goods at site for erection.
• Manage subcontractors to complete works on time, within budget and quality.
• Define targets to the team.
• Implement site EHS policy and communicate hazards and elimination measures to subordinates.
• Investigate deviations with Site Contracts Manager to minimize cost impact.
• Ensure and maintain the electrical quality scope.
• Coordinate with others outside the discipline scope and transition to commissioning.
• Clear punch list items and support commissioning team.
• Monitor activities affecting the environment.
• Develop concise reporting to predict deviation.
• Ensure subcontractors erection resources keep areas clean and materials preserved.

Job description

ROLE

• Creation of a detailed execution plan and sub schedule to ensure all works within the discipline are completed in accordance with the overall schedule;
• Liaise with Engineering and Procurement to ensure availability of deliverable and goods at site required for site erection of the discipline work;
• Management of the subcontractors appointed to install the works within the discipline to ensure that the works are completed on time and within budget and quality;
• Defining the target to the team;
• Implementation within the discipline scope of works of Arabelle Solutions EHS policy / site specific EHS plan and for providing subordinates with information about hazards, risks and elimination measures applicable to the site;
• Involvement in investigation and remedial action within the scope of the discipline works of all variance and deviations in coordination with the Site Contracts Manager and other site management to eliminate or minimize the cost impact to Arabelle Solutions;
• Ensuring and maintaining the electrical quality scope;
• Involvement in the coordination with others outside the scope of the discipline works and transition to commissioning;
• Action to ensure all punch list open items are cleared and to support the commissioning team;
• Closely monitor all activities which could have deleterious effects on the environment;
• Develop concise and exhaustive reporting to predict deviation;
• Action to ensure all subcontractors erection resources maintain all work areas in safe and clean condition and all installed materials are adequately preserved and protected;
