Elite Hire Solutions in Bromsgrove is seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to oversee multiple high-end residential and commercial projects. You will drive delivery from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution and compliance with electrical standards.

The role demands strong leadership, sharp commercial awareness, and the ability to manage teams, subcontractors and suppliers while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager within Building Services or M&E.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installations and project delivery.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing costs, variations and programmes.
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple electrical projects from pre-construction to completion.
• Manage project programmes, procurement, budgets and commercial performance.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure delivery.
• Maintain relationships with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues and drive projects to completion.
• Ensure Health & Safety and regulatory compliance.
• Attend client/site meetings and provide progress updates.
• Support growth with exceptional project delivery.
