Job summary

Lee Construction Consultancy Ltd is seeking an Electrical Contracts Manager to oversee electrical projects from inception to completion. You will ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high quality standards while coordinating with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.

The role requires strong project management, communication and negotiation skills, plus the ability to lead and mentor teams and manage procurement and risk across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as Contracts Manager or similar in electrical sector.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction processes.
• Excellent project management with delivery on time and budget.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
• PM certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of electrical contracts from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with milestones.
• Collaborate with clients to establish project requirements and objectives.
• Prepare and present proposals, budgets and progress reports.
• Oversee procurement processes and negotiate supplier contracts.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Supervise and mentor project teams for effective execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Implement risk management to identify and mitigate risks.
• Maintain accurate project documentation for audits.
