Job summary

Prestige Recruitment Specialists is seeking an Electrical Commercial Instructor to shift from on-site electrical work to delivering engaging commercial training across Humber region centres in Hull, Grimsby, or Scunthorpe.

You will use 5+ years of industry experience to teach modules such as 18th Edition, Safe Isolation, PAT testing, and basic maintenance, with full training and DBS clearance provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of industrial/commercial electrical experience.
• Level 3+ electrical qualification required (NVQ3/City & Guilds).
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication; basic IT literacy.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle for multi-site travel.
• Teaching background is desirable but not essential; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver commercial electrical training to employees from client businesses.
• Share extensive industry experience alongside an instructor team.
• Focus on modules including 18th Edition, Safe Isolation, 2391/PAT testing, and basic maintenance.
