Job summary

Electrical Commercial Instructor role in the Humber Region (Hull, Grimsby, Scunthorpe) moving from site work to train the next generation of engineers. You will deliver commercial training to employees, focusing on essential programmes such as 18th Edition, Safe Isolation, 2391 testing, and PAT testing.

Opportunities to deliver specialist modules (PLCs, Instrumentation, CompEx, High Voltage) may be offered based on your experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of industrial or commercial electrical experience with high-level craft and technical skills.
• Relevant electrical qualification at Level 3 or above (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds) is essential.
• Full driving licence and access to own vehicle due to multi-site travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging commercial training courses directly to employees from client businesses.
• Share extensive industry experience and work with an established instructor team to provide high-quality teaching.
• Develop course contents and learning materials, supporting CPD and qualification development.
