Job summary

ARUP is seeking a talented Electrical Building Services Engineer to join their dynamic team in Nottingham. In this role, you will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment to design buildings that deliver exceptional value while minimizing environmental impact.

You will contribute to projects across sectors including healthcare, industrial, data centers, and education, actively participating throughout all stages from feasibility to completion.

Qualifications

• Has a Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering or similar.
• Is actively pursuing Chartered status through CIBSE, IET, or other relevant institutions.
• Has proficiency in designing electrical systems such as lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, and data/communications systems.
• Is familiar with working within a BIM environment using Revit and electrical design tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary environment to design innovative buildings.
• Involved at every stage of the project lifecycle from feasibility to completion.
• Contribute to digital transformation by embracing automation and integrated digital design tools.
