Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
• 3–6 years of electrical building services design experience in an MEP consultancy.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ElectricalOM and Dialux.
• Strong knowledge of British Standards, Building Regulations and CIBSE guides.
• Experience delivering projects in commercial or residential sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical design process from concept to completion.
• Develop detailed designs using AutoCAD, Revit, ElectricalOM and Dialux.
• Oversee production of technical reports, drawings and specs.
• Coordinate with architects and other project stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers within the team.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and codes of practice.
• Attend client meetings and represent the consultancy.
• Contribute to sustainability-focused, low-energy designs.

The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical design process for a variety of building services projects from concept to completion.
