Associate / Associate Director - Mechanical & Electrical Engineering

This international engineering consultancy seeks an ambitious Chartered Electrical Engineer to spearhead sustainable building services projects across defence, healthcare, and commercial sectors from their Leeds office.

You'll be in a key role delivering cutting-edge, low carbon solutions while developing your leadership and commercial skills within an outstanding building that is less of an office and more of a workplace.

Responsibilities

As an Associate or Associate Director within the team, you''ll be supporting the Engineering Director to deliver people- and environmentally focused buildings across defence installations, commercial developments, industrial facilities, retail spaces, healthcare centres, educational establishments and leisure complexes across both public and private sectors.

Essential qualifications and experience
  • Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a closely related discipline
  • Possess, or are actively working towards, Chartered Engineer status with CIBSE or the IET
  • Have been working within electrical building services design to UK standards for at least 10 years
  • Ability to obtain security clearance to MOD "SC" level
  • Experience with modelling software for energy analysis and dynamic simulations
