Job summary

Elev8 Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Electrical Assembly Technician near Bungay to join a team building bespoke automated machinery. You will wire machinery from electrical schematics, test systems, trace faults and help get finished equipment up and running at customer sites in the UK and overseas.

In this hands-on role you’ll work on the full build from wiring to pre‑commissioning, with opportunities to travel and contribute across the installation phase, ensuring a reliable, safe, and fully

Qualifications

• Hands-on electrical fitting, assembly or wiring experience.
• Comfort reading electrical schematics and using hand tools.
• Willingness to travel UK and overseas.
• Relevant electrical qualification or apprenticeship background.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire and test bespoke automation machinery.
• Carry out pre-commissioning checks and fault repairs.
• Support installations at customer sites in the UK and overseas.
• Work with pneumatic components and pipework.
