This is a hands-on role focused on building and assembling electronic assemblies, including power boards, PCB assemblies, and related components. The ideal candidate will have practical experience with soldering, PCB assembly, conformal coating, and following detailed manufacturing procedures to ensure products meet high-quality standards.
You will work closely with the Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to support the manufacturing of reliable electronic equipment used by customers worldwide.

Assemble electronic products, PCB assemblies, and power boards according to manufacturing procedures and work instructions.
Perform mechanical and electrical assembly tasks, including wiring, component fitting, and hardware installation.
Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
Ensure all assemblies are completed accurately and meet required quality standards.
Perform visual inspections of completed assemblies.
Perform soldering and de-soldering of electronic components.
Assemble through-hole and surface-mount (SMT) components where required.
Carry out PCB modifications, component replacement, and minor rework activities.
Inspect solder joints to ensure quality and reliability.
Identify and report soldering defects or assembly issues.
Apply conformal coating to PCB assemblies following approved procedures.
Prepare boards for coating, including masking, cleaning, and inspection.
Ensure correct coating coverage and thickness requirements are achieved.
Perform visual inspection of coated assemblies to identify defects such as:
Maintain accurate records of coating processes and completed assemblies.
Perform basic electrical testing of completed assemblies.
Use test equipment such as:
Identify assembly or wiring faults and elevate issues when required.
Support troubleshooting of failed assemblies with Production and Engineering teams.
Follow quality procedures to ensure products meet customer requirements.
Follow manufacturing procedures, assembly instructions, and quality requirements.
Complete production records and inspection documentation accurately.
Report issues, defects, or process improvements to supervisors and engineering teams.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation following health and safety requirements.
Experience working in electronics manufacturing, assembly, or production environment.
Hands-on experience with soldering and PCB assembly.
Ability to read and follow technical drawings, procedures, and work instructions.
Experience assembling electronic components and wiring systems.
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work with small components and perform precision assembly tasks.
Experience with PCB assembly and power electronics.
Experience with conformal coating processes and materials.
IPC soldering certification (IPC-A-610 / IPC-J-STD-001 preferred).
Experience with SMT and through-hole soldering.
Experience troubleshooting basic electrical faults.
Familiarity with electronic test equipment.
Experience working in a quality-controlled manufacturing environment.
