Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland is recruiting an Electrical Assembler in Stroud for a permanent, full‑time role. You will assemble electrical components, build PCB boards, wire from drawings, and inspect finished products to ensure top quality.

Ideal candidates have hands-on assembly experience, good dexterity, and a willingness to learn. The role offers a competitive salary, Monday–Friday hours, and a supportive, team‑oriented environment in a modern manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical or electronic assembly (preferred).
• PCB assembly experience (desirable).
• Basic soldering experience (desirable, but training can be provided).
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow technical drawings or assembly instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assembling electrical components and sub-assemblies.
• Building and assembling PCB boards.
• Using a variety of hand tools safely and accurately.
• Carrying out wiring and electrical assembly work from drawings and work instructions.
• Soldering electronic components (experience desirable but not essential).
• Inspecting finished assemblies to ensure quality.
• Maintaining a clean, safe working environment.
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve production targets.
