Job summary

Just Temps in Ipswich is looking for an experienced Electrical Assembler for a hands-on, full-time role. You will build panels, install components, and wire to drawings with minimal supervision.

Working Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (37.5 hours). Starting pay is £14.00 per hour, with holiday pay and pension after a qualifying period. Immediate start is preferred.

Qualifications

• Practical, hands-on approach and attention to detail.
• Experience wiring electrical/control panels.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Panel building, component installation, cable preparation, crimping, termination and wiring.
• Work accurately from drawings and wiring schedules.
• Follow wiring standards with attention to labeling and termination.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality and safety.

Electrical Assembler - We're currently recruiting for an experience Electrical Assembler to join our client based in, Ipswich, Suffolk on a temporary basis.

About the Role

This is a hands‑on opportunity to be part of a highly skilled and collaborative team the successful candidate must be experienced and capable of producing work to the required standard with minimal supervision. This is a full‑time role, Monday – Friday 8am to 4.30pm, 37.5 hours. The starting pay rate is £14.00 per hour.

Duties include

• Panel building, component installation, cable preparation, crimping, termination and wiring
• Good understanding of electrical components, control systems and wiring standards
• Able to work accurately from drawings and follow wiring schedules
• Strong attention to detail, particularly around correct wiring, labelling and termination
