RNN Group, North Notts College, seeks an Apprenticeship Skills Tutor – Electrical to train the next generation of engineers. You will coach apprentices, assess progress, and support learners and employers in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Requires NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or equivalent.
• A1/V1/CAVA Assessors Award or equivalent desirable.
• Excellent IT skills and ICT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and guide enthusiastic learners starting their careers.
• Coach apprentices from first day to full qualification.
• Assess progress through on-site performance reviews and workplace assessments.
• Build strong relationships with learners and employers.
• Track student growth using digital e-portfolios.
