Job summary

Morgan Hunt is seeking an experienced Electrical Apprenticeship Manager for a further education college in Slough. You will lead the electrical apprenticeship provision, manage the delivery team, and ensure high-quality training standards and strong employer relationships.

The role requires a strong background in Electrical Installation or Maintenance, proven leadership, and familiarity with apprenticeship standards, QA processes and AM2S End-Point Assessment preparation.

Qualifications

• Relevant electrical installation or maintenance qualification is required.
• Teaching qualification at Level 5 or willingness to pursue it is expected.
• Experience coaching a team and working with awarding bodies and IQAs/EQAs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and line manage the Electrical Apprenticeship team and plan curriculum.
• Coach apprentices to develop skills and monitor progress with interventions as needed.
• Be the main contact for apprentices, employers and stakeholders.
• Oversee IQA/EQA processes, SARs and quality improvement plans.
• Ensure learners are prepared for End-Point Assessment, including AM2S.
