RNN Group seeks an Electrical Apprenticeship Assessor at North Notts College with offsite working and a competitive salary. You will coach and assess electrical apprentices, guiding them from enrolment to qualification in a collaborative team environment.

Ideal candidates hold NVQ Level 3 or higher and an Assessors Award, with strong IT skills and a willingness to teach. You will manage caseloads and use e-portfolios to track progress.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or higher in electrical trades.
• A1/V1/CAVA Assessors Award (or equivalent).
• Level 2 English and Maths or willingness to undertake.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and guide enthusiastic learners starting their careers.
• Coach apprentices from first day to full qualification.
• Work within a supportive, forward-thinking team.
