The Women's Health team is looking for an enthusiastic and flexible Booking Officer to join their team.
The purpose of the Elective Admissions Booking Officer will be to comply with all administrative procedures associated with the admission of elective, planned, diagnostic and cancer patients in order to contribute to the delivery of waiting time targets for admissions.To provide a high standard of administrative support to the Consultant and his/her team, interacting with other departments, General Practitioners and patients as required. Scheduling and booking Minor Operations Outpatient clinics.
Supporting the Elective Admission Validation and Theatre Schedulers as required and deputising for them in their absence.
Full training will be given on the systems you will be required to use.
