Job summary

Renfrewshire Council is seeking an Early Learning & Childcare (ELC) Assistant Operations Officer to support the delivery of ELC services across Renfrewshire. You will work with the Operational Manager and ELC team to manage admissions, day care provision and workforce compliance while handling data for families and partners.

You will also support ELC information maintenance, service planning and continuous improvement through data analysis and presentation.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse data and present findings clearly.
• Experience compiling and maintaining databases.

Responsibilities

• Manage ELC admissions, day care and wraparound care.
• Maintain accurate ELC information for families and partners.
• Analyse and present operational data to support planning.
