Job summary

National Accident Law is seeking an EL/PL/OL Solicitor to manage fast track personal injury claims that drop from the MOJ portal. You will assess liability, progress cases to litigation, and drive efficient outcomes for clients and the business.

You will work with multiple teams, draft key documents, handle conferences, and supervise Counsel or experts as needed. Some travel to the north of England and occasional office visits are required.

Qualifications

• Experience of handling non-portal claims from drop out to litigation to settlement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong IT competence and ability to use case management tools.
• Proven track record of billing and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Progress pre-issue claims into litigation where appropriate.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth client handovers.
• Draft statements of claim and other litigation documents accurately.
• Understand fast-track claim processes and maximise revenue where possible.
• Instruct Counsel or experts and manage conferences, hearings and CMCs.
