National Accident Law is seeking a skilled litigation professional to manage Fast Track EL/PL/OL cases that drop out of the MOJ portal, assess liability and push claims toward litigation when appropriate. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, draft claim documents, meet court deadlines and pursue maximum client and business outcomes, while delivering empathetic guidance to claimants.

Please note that whilst we're happy to offer this role on a remote basis, there will be travel required to the North of England (Stockport) for monthly off-sites and infrequent travel to Kettering (annual conference, new employee welcome).
