Job summary

Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting an EIP Care Coordinator (Band 6) for the South Early Intervention in Psychosis Service in Nottingham. This part-time role will support a caseload of individuals experiencing first episode psychosis within a multidisciplinary team.

The post is based at The Stonebridge Centre, Nottingham City, and requires travel across Nottinghamshire, with DBS checks and driving for business use as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Background in Mental Health Nursing, Occupational Therapy or Social Work.
• Experience in NHS or community mental health settings preferred.
• Understanding of Early Intervention in Psychosis principles and NICE concordant care.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of individuals experiencing first episode psychosis.
• Conduct assessments and screening for referrals to the EIP team.
• Collaborate within an MDT to determine the best management plans with service users and families.
• Use outcome measures (HoNOS, QPR, DIALOG) to monitor recovery.
• Travel across Nottinghamshire to support service users and carers; use digital tools for service delivery.
