Job summary

CloudHQ, LLC is seeking an EHS Manager – UK to lead environment, health, and safety initiatives for data center construction and development projects in the UK. Based at the Didcot site with occasional travel to other UK sites and potential European travel, you will ensure compliance with UK legislation and CloudHQ standards while fostering a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in EHS for construction or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of UK EHS legislation and ISO standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Experience with environmental impact assessments and sustainability measures.
• Ability to lead audits, inspections, and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor EHS programs across all project phases.
• Ensure compliance with UK health, safety, and environmental legislation.
• Lead environmental impact assessments and sustainability measures.
• Conduct regular audits, site inspections, and risk assessments.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective action plans.
• Provide EHS reporting and KPIs to leadership.
