Job summary

Cytiva is seeking an experienced EHS Value Stream Manager to provide site-wide Environmental Health & Safety support across a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will drive compliance, reduce risk, and foster a culture of continuous improvement with operations, facilities, and support teams.

Key responsibilities include embedding EHS into daily operations, leading ISO-aligned systems, and managing permits, monitoring, and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• A degree in a relevant discipline or a NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.
• Experience working within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Hands-on approach to embedding EHS into day-to-day operations.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with shopfloor teams, contractors, leaders, and regulators.
• Proactive mindset with continuous improvement using data, audits, and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Act as an EHS partner across manufacturing and support functions, embedding EHS into operations.
• Lead and enhance EHS management systems, supporting ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 through audits and improvements.
• Manage environmental permits, hygiene monitoring, health screening, and regulatory reporting.
• Drive risk reduction via incident investigations, process safety initiatives, and change management.
• Support site resilience through inspections, infrastructure projects, business continuity planning, and emergency exercises.
