Job summary

Cytiva is hiring an EHS Value Stream Manager to provide site-wide Environmental Health & Safety support in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will drive compliance, reduce risk, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.

You will lead EHS programs across operations, partner with facilities, and coach teams to embed safety into daily work while meeting regulatory requirements and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on approach to embedding EHS into day-to-day operations.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with shop-floor teams, contractors, and leadership.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement using audits, investigations, and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Act as a visible and proactive EHS partner across manufacturing, Facilities, and support functions, embedding EHS into daily operations.
• Lead and enhance EHS management systems, supporting ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 through audits and improvement initiatives.
• Manage key compliance programmes, including environmental permits, industrial hygiene monitoring, health screening, and regulatory reporting.
• Drive risk reduction via incident investigations, process safety initiatives, chemical management, change control, contractor management, and environmental compliance.
• Support site resilience with facilities collaboration, inspections, infrastructure projects, business continuity planning, and emergency exercises.
