Druck Limited in Leicester is seeking an EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, safety and regulatory compliance at the site and globally. You will act as the site's SME and strategic leader, driving a proactive safety culture and partnering with plant leadership to reduce risk and prevent injuries.

The role requires hands-on leadership, managing audits, incident investigations, training programs and continuous improvement initiatives, with responsibility for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety, Public Health, or related field and/or NEBOSH Diploma.
• Proven experience leading environmental compliance programs and occupational safety initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Lead site EHS strategy aligned with Crane Company standards.
• Foster proactive safety culture through engagement, coaching, and training.
• Serve as trusted advisor to site leadership on EHS risks and compliance.
• Ensure waste management regulatory compliance and permits.
• Lead regulatory inspections, audits, investigations, and agency inquiries.
• Maintain environmental records, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Conduct risk assessments, job hazard analyses and exposure assessments.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs for all levels of the organization.
• Coordinate emergency response, drills, and business continuity.
• Monitor EHS metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead environmental and safety audits and support third-party certifications (ISO 14001/45001).
