Job summary

Flex requires an experienced EHS Manager to oversee Environmental Health & Safety across Blackburn and Preston facilities. You will implement complex EHS programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive safety culture in a manufacturing environment.

The role reports to the Head of EHS EMEA and involves coordinating ISO standards, training, and cross-site collaboration. Driving licence and willingness to travel between sites are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in a related Environmental Health & Safety field or equivalent.
• Experience in a large manufacturing/ construction environment is preferred.
• Proven knowledge of EHS standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS programs across Blackburn and Preston sites.
• Communicate health, safety and environmental duties to management and staff.
• Develop and implement EHS strategies, training and culture across sites.
• Coordinate ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems and audits.
